SWT’s training curriculum.

  • Basic Kungfu.
  • Qi Gong :(Internal power training techniques).
  • Sanda (free fighting is a modern Chinese hand to hand combat,
    self-defense system, and combat sport
    ).
  • Self defense.
  • Shaolin Weapon skills (Only for students who finished the Basic
    Kungfu training and approval of the Master
    ).

Level system:
Basic level courses
1. Basic skill: Training in six types of legs practice.

      • Straight kick
      • Side kick
      • Inside kick
      • Outside kick
      • Sway kick
      • Step and two steps

2. Five basic steps:

      • Gongbu
      • Mapu
      • Pubu
      • Xupu
      • Xiepu which is called five steps fist

3. Interlink fist

4. Eight steps interlink fist

5. Shaolin Tongbei fist

Middle level courses

  • Diving action: 
  • Take off
  • Single fly kick
  • Double fly kick and whirlwind kick etc….
  • Front sweep, back sweep, front side, back side and sway kick
  • Forms or taolu:
      • Xiaohong fist
      • Five shapes and eight ways
      • Shaolin fist
      • Shaolin Yinshao stick
      • Shaolin sword

High level courses

      • Self-protect skill: group of techniques to defend against a variety of attacks.
      • Wade through land action (ultimately proofing your skills).
      • Iron sand palm, iron hand skill and so on, which are called Qi Gong.
